When should Hughie step up?

It's not just bad acne, it's a serious skin condition. It leaves him extremely susceptible to infection so his immune system has to work overtime. I was sceptical too but think about it, why would he put his career on hold if it wasn't serious? I'm willing to take his word for it.

Are boxers with certain conditions allowed to wear shirts ? skin tight ones which wouldn't give them any advantage

He and Young Fury are prime examples of it.
