It's to smear GGG, all there is to it. Notice the same people don't use Glaser's numbers for other fighters.

It's the lowest number from a somewhat known guy thus that's the one they use, if you call them out on this very thing, they'll say it doesn't matter or that they don't care but the very usage of this number contradicts that.

If Glaser didn't come out with the 97k ****, they'd probably have used that 50k twitter "source" El Chicano posted. Ignore the trolls.
