I see Canelo beating Stevens in a good fight, then Lemiuex on PPV. He should fight both these guys at 160. Both are good middleweights with power. Both have been in with the 160 king GGG. I think Canelo beats Lemiuex in 12 round decision or late stoopage as Lemiuex is wide open for counters and Canelo loves to counter punch.

If Canelo were to beat both these guys at 160, then he will be 100 percent ready to take on the undisputed middleweight champion of the world. Plus if GGG were to beat Canelo after he fought Stevens and Lemiuex it would legitimize the win even more.

It all really depends on who Canelo decides to fight from here on out. If Canelo drags up a Tim Bradley to 155 then we will know that Canelo has no intentions of moving up.

Honestly, these two fights would not prove anything. We should know triangle theory is bunk. If they happen, Canelo by ko, both of them.

So Canelo fighting two previous GGG'S bums is alright? Canelo should be going after Jacobs, Quillin, Saunders, Eubank Jr not some bums. Oh wait......155lbs doe

Canelo should fight Golovkin, then his acute trauma nurse.

Lemieux would be tough but Canelo should be able to outclass Stevens pretty easy. He basically made for Canelo's style.

I'd say he can skip Stevens and go straight for Lemieux.

    And Lemiuex knocks him out.

Canelo's fighting Pac next. Or Floyd. Or Callum Smith.

If he fights Stevens....he's liable to be KOd.
His jab is nonexistant and his power is not enough to keep Stevens honest, and he has never smothered a fighter like Johsnon did to beat Stevens(I know....I know....Stevens TKO Johnson, but SERIOUSLY....Johnson 98-91 UD is the actual outcome of that fight without the ref saving Stevens.)

His power IS enough to keep Stevens honest and he doesn't need to beat Stevens the same way Johnson was. Canelo fights on the outside and would catch a limited fighter like Stevens coming in all night.

How did you manage to get Callums Smiths as a possible opponent for Canelo anyway.

Canelo is not going to fight any big name fighters who are natural middleweights. He's going back to 154 now. So chicken!

He'd beat Lemieux fairly easily. There's a big gap in athleticism there. Stevens is a different story, DLH wouldn't think of making that fight, Curtis Arms are too long.

Those would be good fights, would be nice to see how Alvarez does with a full size middleweight. I think a Stevens-Lemiuex match up would be more interesting though.

Id love to see either of those fights. Just to see his real standing in the division. Ofcourse it isnt guna happen, he is guna stick to this 155 charade and will no doubt be fighting Welters and Jr Middles whom he will out weigh massivly come fight night.

And for all the hate Canelo is getting its Oscar who needs to be in the firing line for it just as much as Alverez.
