Why did Floyd need an illegal IV against a past prime Featherweight?

Seems odd to me that a GREAT fighter would request PEDs to fight an old 5'5" previously KTFO Featherweight.

Just because Floyd didn't test for it doesn't make him innocent. The IVs were blatant proof he was masking. If not, why did he need IVs. We already know he was at his fighting weight 30 days before so he didn't need to rehydrate. Much less use 100x more saline than would be legal anyway. Its a complete joke anyone tries to sweep this under the rug and ignore it.

The IV is illegal. Taking the IV is in of itself cheating.

We don't need a failed drug test. He's already been busted for cheating due to taking the illegal IV.

He is a hyper competitive ******* who feels like he needs to take every advantage possible. There are a lot of guys like that who don't believe in fair play. Why did Floyd need to foul and cheap shot an old limited Arturo Gatti? Because he could. He's an egotistical narcissist. After all the illegal stuff he's done outside of the ring, it's hard to be surprised when his behavior isn't 100% gentlemanly and sportsmanlike in the ring.
