Groves is levels above...nothing to worry him in this one. Easy win for groves.

I'm really surprised by how respectful Groves is being in this pre-fight build up. He really rubbed Froch up the wrong way but he's been very humble in this build-up. Maybe he's grown up a bit. Fair play to him. Obviously, Murray isn't the type to trash talk anyway, but it's gonna be a great fight.

I think the pro's have a lot of respect for Martin, remember in his pomp he got robbed twice.

I do expect him to be cannon fodder for Groves now though - the size difference looks huge

Murray looked proper bulked up in his last fight which was a total mismatch. He's a bit taller than Groves too. He's an hard lad and although Groves may out point him, he won't knock him out. Nobody has ever ko'd him. That said, unless he goes for the body, Murray is hardly a big knockout specialist himself.

    Well, he has been stopped.

I think people are discrediting Murray a little here. Yes, Groves should win but I think it'll be a pretty close fight. I do wonder if Murray does have the same motivation now given his luck in world title fights but then I guess you could argue the same for Groves

I think this is a big test for Groves. Don't think he has looked great since the Froch defeats. Agree Groves is favourite but if he runs out of gas in the later rounds and gets sloppy Murray will keep coming

Anyone know why Oliver Harrison wasn't there yesterday? With Shane Mc on top table, would've expected Harrison to be there also

Can't believe people still think murray got robbed v sturm. This will be a complete mismatch. Groves jab will dictate. Then maybe Murray retires.

Martin just doesn't let his hands go enough in the big fights

Groves points in easy, jab will win the fight. Only way Murray can win is if groves fades in later rounds and gets one on the chin

Yep, he usually lets a few rounds slip away by not being active enough. Can't tell whether it's trying to conserve energy or he just doesn't have the mentality to really go for it.

He's a solid fighter, but does plod along a bit. Think Groves wins comfortably with his jab.

Heart says Murray, head says Groves.
Groves jab could dictate how the fight plans out, but then maybe Murray's high guard will wear Groves out? Groves seems to struggle at the weight and gases in the late rounds.
I really hope a more aggressive Murray shows up on the night

Murray has got more mileage out of less talent than any other boxer.
