Khan will fight Garcia in Dec and win the WBC belt..

    Khan doesn't need Brook..

If Brook beats Vargas and Khan goes and picks up the WBC title then you have a huge fight, a 3 belt unification fight between two British fighters. It's a monster fight.

I don't think Khan could turn that sort of fight down if he truly believes he beats Brook.

In this case I believe Khan would insist on the bigger slice and Brook advised by Hearn could well concede a 55-45 to get it done.

Of course I wanted Khan to win, but the size difference was too much that was clear..

People starting to act like Garcia or Brook same size as Canelo or carry the same power..

Khan at 147 will hold his own vs anyone..

I think Khan needs a decent rest and one or two confidence builders after Canelo.

I wouldn't throw Khan in with Garcia straight after that KO, they have no idea how he is going to react.

Well Khan only has a few fights left in him, Khan hold's the mandatory spot with Garcia's belt, there is no point with these keep busy fighters..

If Garcia beats him I think Khan is done with boxing.. By December he would of had a good rest..

I am thinking about his health, I would want to make sure Khan isn't gun shy and his punch resistance isn't completely gone after Canelo and we will only find that out under the lights. So maybe a quick little confidence builder to make sure he has completely recovered.

It was a brutal KO, if Khan was wobbled, dropped and stopped on his feet (like Garcia) against Canelo then it's still a gamble but I could understand why but Khan was spark out for minutes.

Those sort of KO's stay with you and can have long term impacts, just look at Pacquiao, he took a year out after the Marquez KO.

I understand in terms of health, but in reality Khan is lucky it was one big punch and not a longer beating that could of really took it out of him..

I think Khan is ok, I don't think he will fight till Nov/Dec and if he has a keep busy fight he is wasting time, he will be 30 years old in Dec.

Maybe you're right that he is OK, hopefully you are and yes there is an argument that a sustained beating is far worse than a one punch KO.

It would be really sad though if Khan got in the ring with Garcia and looked shot of confidence, was completely gun shy and got a beating.

I think Garcia is good fighter but not near the level of Canelo nor does he carry the size power or speed of Canelo..

One thing about Khan he will go out on his shield, I have never seen him gun shy, Khan will be ready for Garcia, there are no fall backs this time, it's do or die..

Garcia would be a very good fight if we knew for sure Khan was 100%

Khan has bounced back from disaster before, Prescott, Garcia and even the disappointment of Peterson so he has a history of bouncing back so maybe I am doing him a disservice.

    :think

I reckon Kell will demand a 90/10 split in his favour with Khan having to travel by himself to Chelmsford.

Seriously though. This fight isn't happening.
