    perhaps he stalled and fought Wach to
    allow it to clear from his system??

    Even if he is (and I'm not convinced that's true or false), who cares? He did his part. Unless you believe this is some international conspiracy designed to target Russian athletes as some leftover revenge element from the Cold War (which I'm pretty sure I actually read here at least once from someone), how can you possibly blame Wilder for this?????

    I say this as someone who thinks Wilder and Povetkin are nothing special. I think Wilder is a KO waiting to happen and I think Povetkin is the most overrated heavyweight in the history of ESB.

    Well, these forums are always dominated by extreme viewpoints, and the trolls who lurk around amplify this fact considerably further. But this is crazy even by normal standards.

    I could even understand if someone said that they didn't want to be quick to point fingers at Povetkin but give Wilder credit for showing up (and some of the more moderate and reasonable voices have done just that - although it flies under the radar of the extremist voices). But people are actually BLAMING WILDER?!?!?!?!
