Hence the popularity of AJ. Tyson Fury had to refer to his supposed big **** mocking the concept. Doug Fischer sounds like a cornball and has a complete conflict of interest as Golden Boy owns that rag. I'm not going to expect him to say anything good about a competitor and their fans.

 

So what's to hate about Haymon, Mayweather or PBC? Everything they have accomplished in the sport is documented and well deserved. Is it a lie that Floyd has dominated the sport for 20 years straight? Is it a lie that Haymon currently has one of the most active and accomplished stables in boxing? Why wouldn't smart fans "boxing fans" acknowledge greatness? If they are doing something right of course they will have supporters and defenders!

What is the whiny and overly feminine Doug Fisher complaining about? He mad that the best fighters in the sport currently roll with Al Haymon? Have Black fighters not been among the best in boxing since its inception...is it upsetting that an African-American is now at the forefront of the sport, the mastermind, the string puller?

If anything there should be nothing but praise for Al Haymon and the empire he's created. I love it and consider PBC and Haymon Promotions to be the best thing in boxing today!

They make half the threads anyway; so I still have to scroll past them reading their obnoxious titles looking for a worthwhile thread.

 

I wonder why this defending of Al Haymon takes place anyway?
It's not like many people are defending that scumbag Arum if they have the same skincolor. He's still a scumbag whatever race he's from. Then there's pops (not anymore) and son Sulaiman, who weren't defended much by Mexican fans either.

If they do something wrong/bad for boxing, they're doing something wrong/bad for boxing, it's that simple.
Everyone with half a brain sees that Haymon's free boxing is actually very expensive boxing for their investors, because the income doesn't cover the costs by a mile. And Haymon is paying these guys a fortune for mismatches because he gets a share of their purse, and the more they earn the more he earns.
This whole thing is going to implode at the point the moneypool has dried up.

Now why would someone defend that kind of malicious business from anyone, no matter where he/she comes from or whatever race?! That's absurd!
And why would you be fan of a business mogul anyway? Most of them have shown to be very bad for the sport.

 

And you're the "Demographic" who picked Pac to beat PBF dumbass.

 

You have to call it like you see it. This **** is getting ridiculous with all the double standards.

 

I'm glad boxing is back on free TV that's all. I couldn't careless about his investors turning a profit or where they get the money from. If this was GBP or Top Rank who did this I would applaud them as well.

 

What I'd like to know is this; Fischer is making all of this noise about the so-called "Demographic" - meanwhile both Povetkin and Bute have come up dirty - so why isn't Fischer making some noise about that? Seems to me that Povetkin and Bute coming up dirty is MUCH more relevant to the overall sport of boxing than his delusional musings on the so-called "Demographic".

Dude sounds less like a journalist and more like a butthurt fanboi...

Fischer also has been defending the hell out of Canelo for his jump, tuck, roll away from the Golovkin fight. Fischer lost credibility a long time ago.....
