Imo if hearn is thinking of having benn out often they should also look at getting him out on some small halls maybe coldwells or someone like that. It will give him more experience which he needs. He will also be away from the t.v which would do him a world of good at this time

So he wears a bit of tartan on his shorts does that justify getting a tv slot, No mate it doesnt.
Flynn is scottish hes fighting in scotland and he was a amatuer star he should have got on tv, end of.
be honest if his dad wasnt nigel do you think he should have got the tv slot, simple amswer NO

I didnt mean because he wore tartan he deserved a shot. What i mean is he understands the entertainment aspect of pro boxing and hes trying to apply himself in that department.
You simply must realise that prizefighting is as much about entertainment as it is about whos the best boxer. And u are correct no way on this earth would he be on these shows if he wasnt nigels son. Hearns trying to create a future star and he sees this as part of that investment.
Also its not really the point that flynn was an am star. If he isnt putting bums on seats or selling tickets hes going to struggle.
Now for all i know flynn can maybe do 500 tickets himself im just pointing out the nature of the beast. You know this better than me billy

hes clearly feeling the weight of his Dad's style and success, and expectations that follow that.

    fun fight though.

Am I right in saying he is 19 with hardly no amateur experience, let him learn and grow, judge after 12-15 fights.

    Gets hot too easily,

    Wild, reckless and too aggressive.

However it's an exciting style, he has skills and a good name.

With lots of hype and matched regularly and well it could be s really exiting development.

I'd rather see more 'boxing' but I think he will do pretty well.

We can all agree he has no business being as high up the bills as he is, right?

    Hearn dont agree
Also i was entertained. Yes hes a **** boxer but hes an entertaining fighter. I also know his opp luke so it made it even more interesting.
If u dont understand the entertainment value to prizefighting then you woyld be better off sticking with the amateurs.
Hearn understands this and thats why brirish boxing is undergoing a tremendous revamp.

The name brings the casuals in. As I've said before he throws from the shoulder and slaps, remember when degale first turned over he used to slap. But he shouldn't be so far up the bill

For a young kid just starting off in the game, wouldn't be a problem, shows some promise

But to be thrust onto televised cards, really hasn't earnt it and doesn't show that level of promise yet
