Floyd has a defensive boxing style, you can't expect his fights to be memorable or exciting. So don't blame him, if you don't like defensive boxing then simply don't watch his fights.

Missing the point, his defense would be fantastic to watch against somebody with a competent offense

Could you give an example, please. Lol, Floyd is the master of neutralizing boxers best weapons I think he'll make most fighters look bad, so an example will serve well, to rectify my thinking. That is if you can come up with someone willing to fight him fits your description.

Old, past prime Floyd had a defensive style. Pretty Boy Floyd in 20's was very offensive.

So touchy, and you're not even the OP. But let me try to answer. Idk...I mean I enjoy boxing, so I enjoyed watching his fights. I guess maybe I'll go with the popular opinion and say Baldomir.

Floyds had the same potshot backpedal style since 135. It was ONLY at 130 did Floyd actually press the action.

Tough call. Maybe for me the Berto fight....
But they're all not the most exciting fights in the world.

Flo??? My favorite fighter ever is Roberto Duran, how does that make me a Flo?? You know that Duran would of made it a much closer fight. I don't think he'll win if we put them both at the same respective ages but prime for prime maybe. I only say maybe because Duran is so inconsistent, buy on his best day I'll take Duran over almost anyone (except Hearns) at that weight.
Anyway watching someone outclass elite fighters is exciting, because the elite fighters are supposed to be better than that and not get outclassed. I say Baldomir because he is hardly if at all elite and barely world class.
