He knows Haymon is never letting him fight on HBO, and GGG is never accepting chump change to fight on PBC.

Haymon is saving Lara for Charlo. Lara is a patsy in all this. He could win all 12rds against charlo but he's gonna lose the decision and his belt that afternoon.

Once his usefulness (and protection) to Haymon is gone we'll see how much of GGG he really wants.

He might fight Lara. We don't know his next opponent yet, do we? I'd prefer him to face Saunders, Jacobs or Eubank if - as seems highly likely - the Canelo fight doesn't get made. Lara's not a bad opponent though. However, I don't think GGG has any reason to fear him.

 

He beat between 6-8 guys ranked in the top 10 when he beat them and Cotto ducked him, Quillen priced himself out of the match, Canelo ducked him, Jacobs priced himself out, BJS clearly ducked him, and he's getting g ready to beat the **** out of anyone willing to get in the ring with him. What's the point of ignoring this? Just to hate?
