Coldwells gym seems to be flying at the moment. He got bomber to a world title hes also got the mac twins with him and although jamie would probably do what he does no matter whos cornering him he seems happy with Coldwell, Gav as well.
The twins seem to of benefited from a bit of head movement also, although theyre there to be timed theres very few capable of pulling it off so you could say its added to there game.
He always seems to give good advise in the corner and what he said end of rd1 to bellew was great advise.
What can he do for price hes a good trainer and doing well at the mo but hes not a magician and in my opinion he needs to be one or in the least a brain surgeon to resurect prices career. Id really like to see Pricey do well but is this task too big for coldwell?

The task of getting Price back to where he was...one win away from a fight against the king of the division, would be beyond any man.

    You can't train a chin, it's pointless

His guards to loose for someone with such a bad chin?! Why the f*** doesn't he box with both hands tucked into that chin! All those years of getting dropped in the amateurs you would think he would of adjusted his style. He's got no chin but carries his left hand really low, paws it out towards his opponent. Recipe for disaster. Same thing will happen to price again soon, he will do ok and spark out a bunch of no hopers then get sparked by the first half decent puncher he comes up against

Surely Coldwell can work on his defence and pawing the jab or do you think priceys too set in his ways and its too lste to change him?

Throw a straight jab and stay behind it. Use your height advantage. Learn to hold if you do get tagged.

Stop being a mong if you don't get a KO after 3 rounds and your head goes to bits.

    He's in his 30's...no chance.

I find it staggering that a man with his size and power has not been taught how to use his jab effectively. It's shocking.

The one thing pricey needs is a bit more aggression when he boxes. Hopefully Bellew will bring that aggression out of him.

I have to agree. Someone with his physical attributes with the right intentions and good ability along with power behind the jab would of made his way to the top.
But to be right the british scene is rife with 1 dimensional jabs

Yep far to late in the day now, he guts me aswell because he seems like one of the genuine nice guys and he's a absolute beast when it comes to punching power. The frustrating thing is a fighter can go far with a bad chin as long as there defence is tight. With his power all he had to do is Change his style to a more traditional hands up chin down type and blast continuous straight shots at people(being the safest punches a boxer can throw) and I guarantee he would of beat 90-95% of boxers in the world. Now we need to watch him as he tries getting past domestic level again and he won't.

Annoys the hell out of me.

Pricey's problem was confidence. Forget the nonsense about his chin, he's being hit by 16-18 stone fellas it comes with the territory. Pricey was a brilliant amateur as well so don't try tell me he cannot box. Wether he will be a world champion or not is irrelevant, Dave will get him back boxing with confidence and a confident Price is a danger to any heavyweight in the world.

All pricey needs to do is step into his jab and bring it straight back, whilst keeping his right hand up by his chin...it's not rocket science.
