    Taken from Motor City Cobra on the forums over at the Scene:

    Loeffler said there was never an offer to Ward at 164. Rafael asked him what would it take to get the fight done and Loeffler said 164 & 50/50 split. He said Ward name was on the list of potential opponents they gave to HBO back in 2013. This was at around the time of Sanchez's 154-168 comment . Another fighter whose name was on that list was Edwin Rodriguez. In an interview back in 2013 he explained what went down

    Amazing how the only thing the haters can come up with is said fighter is ducking fighters who are not even in his division.
