    The Cobra (Tommy) sparks him.

George Groves, who can bang, bounced Carl's head around like a basketball.

Tommy would take it off, literally.

I love how this Welterweight monster suddenly only needs to find Middles, and S / Middles chins and over they go. Only the ones he fought ( except Roldan )didn't. LMFAO. Froch has Hearns doing the chicken dance with that silly gumshied smile any time after the 9th.

Froch mauls him and takes him out late.

Froch's chin is proven, Hearn's chin is not.

Yes, but he is defense is flawed. He does not really move his head or keeps his hands up. As I said, I do not see him taking right hands by Heans throughout the fight. Hearns is by far the more skilled boxer.

Yes and Froch got up and walked through everything Groves threw.

Tommy was open to be hit too he just normally got his punches there first. I can see Froch taking him out with a big punch the way that Barkley did.

Which has no relevance at all to the fact Froch's chin is proven to be able to take good shots. Tommy's is Waterford crystal.

Froch had trouble with Kessler. Kessler is the opponent which ressembles most Hearns, except that Hearns is more skilled.

I think that Hearns improved his defense, later in his career. In fact, he displayed a tight defense in Barkely 2 and Hill fights for example.

Kessler is way more strong physically and has a bulletproof chin. Taylor and Groves cut it closer. Maybe even Bute.

Who did Hearns ko at super middle with all these right hands? Who did he even ko at middleweight, Roldan who else?
I don't see Hearns taking Froch's power either and ,as Froch has the better chin and is far more proven at the weight, I pick him.

Taylor was never a big puncher and he did not have the same level of skill that Hearns had. Froch had no defense in the Taylor fight. Hearns would have pummeled Froch with the right hand and stopped him on his feet in the middle rounds.

I was actually thinking about it a little more and actually I think Froch has a greater chance of knocking out Hearns than vice versa. Hearns was not terribly hard to hit at middle and super middle plus his chin was not super reliable either (not glass though). If anything, the most likely outcomes are a Hearns decision or a Froch stoppage but I can also see a Hearns KO or a Froch decision as possible outcomes.
