May his soul rest in peace and meet his old friend Joe Fraizer in Haven's golden ring.:cry: [YT]ZWZOBX1vE7A[/YT] :good
This is a sad day, I feel quite numb. For me he was the greatest ever; he never ducked anyone and he beat everyone there was to beat. He won when no one thought he had a chance and to his cost, he was the single toughest human I ever saw. The world is a poorer place to live today, what a boxer and what a man he was.
He might have been the greatest athelete who ever lived, to me bigger than Jordan, bigger than Babe Ruth, bigger than any of them. There will never be another athelete with that kind of social significance. Phrases like "legend" and "one of a kind" are thrown around, but he truly is both. RIP greatest. You deserve to be in a better place with no struggles. Re-united with Joe and Ken.
I have been reading this forum for years and don't ever get involved in posting, but I have to on this sad day, I have only ever cried twice, once at my fathers funeral and this morning when I head this news M.A. R.I.P.
We all knew it was coming sooner or later but when it really came... It really does hurt. Not the best of shape but I'm gonna give all the rounds I can give on the heavy bag tonight. Rip champ, one of the greatest is not the greatest.
