I was having a few beers last night and my wife was checking her Facebook page and suddenly says hey, Mohamed Ali passed away, I would normally feel sad under these circumstances however considering he accomplished more than your average man does in a lifetime, it seemed to deaden the blow. I suppose it was his time. RIP Champ.

That's a refreshing way to look at it. It's a day to celebrate his life as well as mourn his passing.
Yes exactly. Many people will be affected in different ways. There is nothing wrong with feeling sad over hearing this news. Heck, I remember feeling sick to my stomach when I found out Paul Williams was in a bad accident, and he didn't even pass away because of it. In this case though I feel different for some reason. Ali accomplished so much and touched many lives, and will be remembered as The Greatest. Not too shabby I'd say.
The writing has been on the wall for a while regarding his physical issues, however the blow is no less shocking.....RIP Ali
