How about Head to Head GOAT?

How many fighters do you pick to beat him?

    Robinson and Greb probably wont

Definitely as a heavyweight. Pound for pound Duran, SRR, TBE, Leonard, Hearns a few others are in the argument.

Ali was the greatest heavyweight of all time for what he achieved overall, although there are heavies who have come since who I think would beat him.

As for being the greatest of all time throughout the divisions I'm afraid not.

For me, SRR is p4p number 1. His resume is amazing and head to head he is as good as anyone. Ali is up there in terms of overall p4p, but SRR and a few others I rate higher.

I think he is the best HW ever. He has the best resume and I think he has a style that would give more problems to the greats of the division than Louis, who is his main rival for the all time great HW spot.

The above is just my opinion on Ali the boxer, but if you add what he done outside of the ring and what he brought to the sport then he is the greatest.

at HW yes, you can argue resume vs longevity/Ali vs Louis for me resume's more meaningful.

I'm sure the answer must be Joe Louis, I think he is the only legitimate candidate.

Without question the no1 at heavyweight is the Goat.

P4P is bs especially considering the huge amount of weight that can be cut to get a size advantage.

You can have a division goat, a p4p goat but boxings goat is a heavyweight.

If aliens were attacking and we had to have a boxer defend us would we send in srr or a heavyweight?
