    He will be the IBF mandatory. If Brooks beats Vargas, he has to fight Spence or vacate. IBF is no WBC.

    While he did indeed accomplish the above, it will be interesting to see where he goes from here. Says they're taking the IBF route. Hope to see him and Thurman finally fight someday.
