Carl Froch was smart to duck Gennady Golovkin would of got stopped

Thats the thing Froch wanted the fight in America not the UK. GGGs team was pushing for UK as it made the most monetary sense but Froch wanted the fight in America to check off his bucket list. HBO already shot down the fight the first time because Froch wanted it in the U.S. and GGG was not big enough. GGG is still trying to become a big star and Froch's stock has lowered nowadays anyway.

Froch does have a big mouth it is annoying but I think many fighters wonder if they could of beat the next guy it isn't easy to walk away and that is why so many fighters end up broke and broken. I think it is just something he often thinks about who doesn't want to relive the old glory days? I usually ignore his articles nowadays though.

Golovkin isn't even champion yet. Let him win he crown in his own division before demanding he move up.

 

the wba mandated that ward and froch speak...and ward was open to fighting him over there....but in wembley...and hearn and co. wanted notthingham and it never got serious

but froch/ward had already fought...ward was the man at 168...and froch and chavez were in that division...so wanting to fight guys in your division is natural especially if theyre names ...nothing wrong with that

i have an issue when mr "i wanna unify 160" is trying to dip and out of the 168 division by only fighting certain fighters but avoiding the best there

imagine if ward went to 175 and fought a couple of guys and said "oh well kovalev will have to be at 171...maybe 2 years from now it might be possible i have other plans right now...i wanna unify 168"
