For me, a strong piece of evidence against Mayweather's claims of pacquiao PED use was the fact that he took Mayweather to court over it. If you're guilty of something, the guilty person doesn't usually want to go to court over it where actual digging will take place. And not only that, but Mayweather's side settled. Just saying.

 

Manny Armstrong was caught red handed doing IV so can't say he wasn't juicing. If not for Buboy, USADA, and NSAC he would be big news up until today.
