When will GGG get respect?

Of course you're right to an extent, but even if we have a bias, we can still be objective and make logical sense. GGG fans just don't use any logic, and are purely defending him due to his race, and the fact that they think he's a threat to mayweather.

I don't see black people acting like Wilder is the second coming of Mike Tyson, or what not. They hype spence, but not even close to as much as GGG is hyped, and spence is still 26, and his resume is getting closer to GGG. One win over THurman/Porter/Brook and it's already better.

imo, you use too many extreme closed statements such as "GGG fans just don't use any logic and are purely defending him due to race" that's true for a percentage dude, but its not true across the board, its a blanket statement that points your frustration with SOME onto all whites that may happen to like GGG, that to me is the very START of the confusion of RACISM as you are lumping all whites that like GGG into the same GROUP of thinking while claiming that all blacks don't do this same thing, I just don't buy that dude, we are all human far more than we all like to admit, well imo :rasta

A legit top-5 ranked opponent would be nice to see him up against without question. We all can agree on that.

ok cool, i am a stickler for dudes that make judgements of racism about others without being very clear and specific because imo without being specific and clear it creates such confusion it ends up creating the very hatred that it was trying to point out is uncool.

 

Many people are gravitated toward those who look and act similar to them.

Unfortunately, many are also turned away from those who look and act different to them.

This applies to as many aspects of life as possible, pretty much, and I don't see this natural happening changing any time soon.
