    Floyd Mayweather said Pacquiao was considerably past prime well before the MayPac fight.
    Floyd confirmed he has no at-or-near prime Great on his resume. Floyd has a place at around 85th in the ATG rankings.

    No he didn't turn down the fight. Floyd wanted needles. Pacquiao didn't want somebody of Mayweather's choice putting needles in his arm.

    Hell, Floyd cheated in their fight anyways.

    Floyd is a coward. He ducked Pacquiao. He was so afraid of a declined Pacquiao that he rigged the drug testing and cheated himself.

    but team pac conceded and agreed to testing then. and fluid still avoided him after...

    one armed pac still beat a xylocaine numbed juiced to the gills fluid who could do nothing but run, hug, pittypat and an occasional right compared to pacs effective hard punches and counters.

    Pac refused random drug testing and was saying Floyd had no right to try and replace the comission rules, yet he ultimately accepted all of Floyd's demands so if he could do random blood testing in 2015, why coulnd't Pac do it in 2010??

    Pac caved in negotiations. Mayweather wouldn't budge on his stance. He wanted needles in Pacquiao's arm.

    And Floyd took an illegal IV.

    And waited till Pac was shot.
