I'm in NY that week and have tried 4 times to get a ticket for the fight through Cyclone Promotions and Ticket Master.I get as far as selecting my ticket and press buy and then it goes pear shaped WTF is wrong with these people? Don't they want our money?
A more mundane question, but for those of us not lucky enough to be in NY, which channel is showing the fight over here????
Nothing on Boxnation's schedule yet to highlight this fight- if Boxnation/Sky doesn't want it then I'd say ITV may pony up the cash.
There's clearly very little interest in the fight after Carl was exposed as a bottle job who ran away from Rigo.
Given the massive global interest in this genuine superfight, it's surprising TV coverage over here hasn't been confirmed.......????
There's absolutely no interest. That's why the TV coverage will probably end up on a tiny channel nobody watches. I thought given what a big draw Carl is they'd have it in Ireland. We all know he'll bring about 10 fans over to the States.
I forgot about the fight - has there been any type of press conference? Now that the Quigg thing has gone sky probably won't be to bothered about picking it up - I thinks it's down to BN or ITV
Not for the Frampton fights. They could pick it up but they have never shown much interest in showing boxing overnight.
