Jim Corbett v Ken Norton15rds

I don't know....I think if it was a prime Corbett at his athletic best, he would be too quick for Norton, and could beat him to the jab.

A past prime Corbett would find the same difficulty Ali did when fighting Norton.

 

I would go with Norton, because he exceled against classic boxers.

 

Norton all day, every day. Completely outpunches and outjabs Corbett. Corbett wouldn't have nearly enough punch output or power to keep Norton off of him, or the strength to take his punches.

 

i cant help think that James J may enjoy some initial success due to kens 'drag foot' style, but i frar that sooneror later Ken realises that jims mainstay ia footwook and the jab at which moint ken ups the anti, nortons frorward geag becomes more agressive, those unexpected crude but effective right hand start to bowl over, and those vicious left hooks to the body would start to land to verr hurttful effect
