Castillo?! Jose Luis Castillo is not a High-Mid tier HOF'er, let alone ATG. Moreover, I don't even think he deserves HOF, he's borderline - so if he was inducted into HOF, he'd be on the lowest tier. Mayweather lost to Castillo in the first fight in the opinion of most.
