Diet whey protein, it contains things that help burn fat, and has protein to build muscle. But not on the scale you are thinking, it's off the shelf for regular people like you an me. It's not a miracle powder

  3. I'm not asking you to name all of them, just your favourie ones that you believe would help someone build muscle and burn fat

I don't want no cop outs, I want answers considering you seem to have the answer as to why a guy who trains 5=6 times aweek doing intense cardio plus weights a can pack on 20lbs of pure muscle, no bf with these protein products.

I want some for myself and so I can train others on it.

Haha! I don't have the answers to AJ specifically gaining 20lbs of muscle over X amount of time, I was saying there are products out there that contain CLA's , BCAA's, green T extracts and loads more all which assist with building lean muscle and burn fat.

I don't need to provide you with a specific product there are loads to choose from so you can chose the one that suits you and your training goals. :yep

I've known a few guys who has naturally ridiculous physiques. The difference is they're 5'6-5'10... So they look okay. AJ is 6'6 so he looks ridiculous but that doesn't mean he's on something.

There are plenty of guys from FW-CW who are just as ripped and just as full of muscle but they aren't 6'6 with shoulders as broad as a greek god.

I hate the whole "he's shredded so he's juicing." Most the guys you see caught juicing are so average looking.

Good news guys. Anthony Joshua has just a released a video explaining how he looks like he does. Poached eggs and planking!

If you want his more detailed breakfast list...

    5 poached eggs
    2 slices of toast
    2 yoghurts
    1 bowl of fruit
    1 bowl of cereal
    1 bowl of porridge

Glad I could clear this up and we can close the thread...

If you are training for years and specifically just for muscle gain/hypertrophy then possible. When you're doing hours per day of cardio work which kills muscle- then infinetly more difficult.

Most boxers are pretty ripped, AJ is just a bigger version the ones that are ripped usually don't balloon up in between fights they live the life.

forget the alleged aj ped scandal of the future, the papers seem to think that both tyson and hughie fury have unusually high levels of a banned steroid in samples from last year.
