Bowe was always easy to hit. Could AJ land the big bombs to put him away?

I would say Bowe now, but I might change my call in a year.

Joshua looks awesome. But he still has something to prove.

A battle with Wilder or Fury could change a lot. Even a match with Haye would give him a great test.

But if the odds were with Bowe, I'd bet on Joshua.

There have been many a 17-0 Heavyweight prospect who looked like they maybe the next Big Daddy, one, Rid**** Bowe delivered...

As mentioned time will tell if AJ can do so as well, it looks promising, but this is Heavyweight boxing, the human equivalent of horse racing; one fall and you might need to be put down!

Anthony Joshua atm reminds me of Frank Bruno. That body builders physique will cost him in a bigger fight against a formidable opponent.

Bowe isnt a 10th as easy to hit as that flunk Joshua fought the other night and all his other oponnents.
Its a disgrace to the championship making these kinds of match ups if you ask me.
I think Joshua is easier to hit than Bowe he just plods forward without moving his head and I doubt he has Bowe's punch resistance either.

    Bowe as for now.

But AJ has not entered his prime, we will see in a few years.

I agree that Joshua still needs to be tested. But he's already looking better with only 17 fights than Bowe did at that stage.

Arguably looking better than Lewis at the same stage of his career.

I hope he takes his time and fights ascendingly better fighters for 3 or 4 more fights rather than making a big jump early. He may be ready now but i'd hate to see him rushed, champ or not. He could potentially reign for a long time.

For sure. He's probably the best talent that I've personally seen since the early 90's. I don't want him to be derailed due to impatience. I'd really like to see Joshua emerge as " The man" in the heavyweight division.
