If you were his s&c coach, you only get 6 months with him

Well, considering I have no experience in S&C whatsoever, I would say no.

Get him to look like how he looked against Kingpin and Cunningham.... But really just as long as he isn't a beached whale like against Abell I don't see there being an issue with his weigh. He's never going to look like a bodybuilder out there let's be honest.

Yep. But it wouldn't improve his boxing

Yeah, 90+% of guys can if they want it but some have to try harder than others due to their body type and genetics. The guy is 27, works out and is massive so he burns a lot of calories so he can eat a lot and still lose weight.

I doubt its even possible, theres boxers even in the lower weights who just cant get ripped. Look at Chris Arreola, he looked the same with maybe less power when he got down to the 230s I think it was

If he ate only what I told him to, obeyed my orders with regards to sleep and alcohol intake, yes. I wouldn't even need to change his training, aside from changing his form during deadlifts, which is downright dangerous.

    Fat is lighter than muscle
    protects from body punches
    can be burned for energy

    I don't see the problem

He has to cut out the beer. He should also take his training more seriously. And maybe sleep a little bit better.

I rarely drink beer because it jacks up your estrogen levels and lowers testosterone giving men a fat belly and man ****s. Which is just disgusting. Not to mention the calories.

Fury's body is just so jiggly and soft. Looks weird.
