Watched the Vera fight. Korobov has been fighting his last two above the MW limit. Man, he looked straight gassed when I was watching. I wonder if he should move up at this point. He looked a lot more gassed than usual.

They showed some of the weigh-in pictures. It looked like he was trying to make 160 when the fight was listed at a catchweight. Cheeks were badly sunken.

Anyways, I think he can mix it up at SMW. It's not that talented of a division, and there aren't many big punchers at that weight.

So did Andrade. No one wanted to fight Korobov. Lee was the only one with *****.

Korobov is a good fighter, but I don't think he belongs at 168.

His most notable accomplishment as a pro was making Quillin look like an absolute joke. Korobov has some skills, but he's been a real underachiever in the paid ranks.

Only posters who hate me are the demographic, and I welcome their hate. Effing group of complete rejects with a dumb agenda. Andrade and Quillin ducked Korobov. Get that through your head. :rofl

Come one Blizzy you should like Korobov, he's skilled as hell and isn't come forward Frankenstein's monster type plodder. He's certainly not deserving of being called a scumbag, that's a little harsh.

He KO'd Edwards, something Dirrell and Gilberto Ramirez were incapable of, Edwards went on to KO Jack.

He dropped and schooled Uzcategui who just KO'd Julius Jackson a few months ago, and schooled Porky Medina before Porky went on to debatably beat James DeGale recently.

So what he got stopped by Andy Lee, doesn't he deserve credit for being hit with one of the hardest shots in the sport of Boxing flush and still not go down, had he of taken a knee he'd have probably been able regroup and come back and beat Lee.

And to answer you Mexi-Box since he's already beaten Edwards and Uzcategui better than other top SMW's, yeah he should, he looked pretty bad at the weigh in, that being said Vera didn't win a round of that match.

His face looked horrible, but his body didn't look that bad. If you look at his BoxRec, he only seemed to have made 160 lbs. a few times. Seems like most of his career he's fought above the division.

No doubt, he looked bad, but his body didn't have as much definition like when he fought Uzcategui. I'm not sure at all where he's headed, but I think he'd fit in the SMW ranks well too.

I'd prefer him at MW, though. Korobov/Eubank Jr. would be a nice fight and put him right back on the spot towards a title shot against Saunders. Man, Korobov/Saunders would be a very good chess-match.

Korobov is good. His fight with the shoulder rollin' Josie Ovando in January was a bit s****py. But I think because Ovando is so damn long. Still a CLEAR decision victory.

Fought with an extra bit of fire against Vera, too. Bryan Vera has a knack of pulling that out of people.

He didn't look so good against Vera, and Vera is made to order for him= light puncher, not too skilled, there to be hit, come forward with your face fighter, who's seen better days in the twilight of his career.
