This is my first thread guy's so take it easy on me. :thumbsup

So I was having this conversation with a friend and it got me thinking who would win if these two version's of George came up against each other?

Disclaimer- 90's Foreman is obviously fully aware what 70's Foreman brings to the table as he was that guy and the opposite has yet to happen. But even then can 90's Foreman neutralize 70's Foreman?

70s Foreman outboxes the 90s Foreman if he stays smart. UD win for 70s Foreman, or late stoppage win for 90s Foreman.

It's like you at young age VS you at Old age.

    Logically young age wins.

    70s foreman my pick.

Lets discuss if prime holyfield UD old foreman what about prime foreman?

Logic say yes but Old Me would be fully aware of Young Me's thinking. So would obviously have some sort of plan to counter that.

Old foreman might be thinking, but young Foreman would be punching, thats the difference.
Also stamina, Foreman had underrated stamina in his early career and would be too much for his older self.

    Really.
Naturally, he had better stamina in his early career, watch him fight 4 3 rounders in a row on youtube with 4 different oponnents and he doesnt even look tired at all.
Watch him go at a fast past for 12 rounds with the likes of peralta.

His workrate was much lower in his later career which might explain your skepticism.
sorry if this disapoints you but the cadiovascular system doesnt get better with age.

Old foreman is just a big target for the agresive young version

I didn't say the old version had better stamina, but i do query the highlighted comment on the young versions. It failed him a couple of times, even when trying to fight conservatively against Jimmy Young. His stamina was a weakness comparative to the rest of his game.

70s Foreman bashes 90s Foreman to a pulp. 90s Foreman was far too slow and hittable.

While '70's foreman was more dangerous and could beat a higher level of opposition, I see '90s Foreman absorbing all '70s Foreman can dish out, '70's Foreman gassing, and '90's Foreman stopping an exhausted '70's Foreman.

'90s Foreman knew the value of pacing, and was just a smarter fighter than '70s Foreman.

No way. The stamina of 70s Foreman is far better than 90s Foreman.

Old Foreman beat virtually nobody of consequence, if not for the single punch to win the belt. I'll go with 70s Foreman by tko.

70s Foreman had blocks of cement for feet. No way he outboxes anyone. Also, he didn't have the stamina for it.
