Valero's resume isn't even worth talking about when compared to PBF's. How many fighters of note did he beat?

Margarito would finish Mayweather in the 12th round or so.

Floyd was known to fade against elite stamina high pressure fighters. See the Castillo fight for reference when JLC dominated the 2nd half of the fight.

Margo got the beating of a lifetime against Mosley and I loved every second of it. Margo still to this day sends Mosley father's day cards.:rofl

So youre admitting quality of opposition is more important than record?

Valero may not have fought better boxers than Floyd, but Pacquiao did. He fought Morales, Barrera and Marquez at their top weight classes.

Floyd is around 50 - 55 in the ATG rankings, I think that's fair.

Based on what? Wishful thinking and hate?:rofl Since when have you seen PBF fade in a fight? What about badly hurt or knocked down late. PBF is more dangerous late than he is early dummy.:deal PBF was hurt going in to the JLC fight the first time he had a bad shoulder he mentioned it during the fight and you could see it affect his performance. A healthy PBF won the rematch going away.

I'm admitting PBF's resume is light years better than Valero's who never beat a fighter of note while PBF beat several. Pac's resume is light years better than Valero's as well.

He faded against JLC. If boxing hadn't sissified and kept the 15 rounders then Castillo would have had enough rounds to convincingly out work him.

Floyd did fade against JLC, but Floyd had built up a big lead early on the cards and squeezed out a decision.

So you bring up Floyd's resume when talking about Valero because like Floyd Valero hasbt lost. Yet when discussing Pacquiao you talk about Floyd's undefeated record because Pacquiao has lost.

So you tailor your words to conveniently suit your agenda?

PBF was hurt going into that fight he had a legit injury and complained to his corner about it during the fight. When he was healthy did he fade in the rematch?:deal

It's common sense many fighters have lost. Zab Judah for example has a much better resume than Valero to even though his record is much worse than Valero's. When discussing PBF being greater than Pac his undefeated record is brought up because he did in fact beat fighters of note and beat Pac H2H as well so yeah that's a valid argument.

Something that is forgotten. The Ref deducted a point from Castillo. That's huge.

Obviously the record and the opposition both matter. But you cant just bring up one or the other when convenient.

If you talk about Floyd having a better resume than Valero which is true. Then you should realize that Pacquiao had a better resume than Floyd. It goes both ways.

It's not Floyd's fault DLH was past his best. DLH was like 3-4 weight classes above him when they were both prime. When Floyd was fighting at LW and JWW, DLH was fighting at JMW and MW.
