Cus D'mato is the greatest trainer. He took tough kids who didn't know boxing or discipline and turned them into world champions.

I rate Manny Steward, Eddie Futch and Bill Miller higher than him.

Those guys are great trainers. I would say Manny Steward and Cus are on the same level. Cus took a timid kid defeated by bullies and controlled by fear and turned him into an unstoppable force in the ring. Had Cus lived longer I think Tyson could have been undefeated.

Well D'Amato has Tyson, Patterson and Torres.
But Many took so many fighters out of the street, i haven't seen a boxer who doesn't respect Manny, he had McCallum, Hearns, Womack and many of the great amateur coming from detroit, if D'Amato took Tyson out of the street, Manny did the same with dozens of young kids who went to war every day to get out of there, even after he was training world champions, he never let the kids.

It's too hard to pick who's the best for me. They all had there specific attributes. I like Cus so much because of the psychological aspect that he ingrained into his fighters. Cus could have trained Tyson for years and showed him everything but Tyson wouldn't have been **** without what Cus taught him mentally. Manny was a great trainer. He turned Hearns into a devastating puncher and trained countless champions.

I could listen to Roger talk about Boxing all day.

That man is an encyclopaedia of the sport.

Some of these trainers i tell you are over rated, i believe it is certain fighters that actually make the trainers.
