Thers no denying the big guy puts in the graft and does not neglect any aspect of fitness but even as a massive fan i suspect some foul okay somewer along the line ..look at his body shape against Whyte in the amat fight and then look how quickly hiw bodyshape changed aswell

Take a look at Jonah lomu. Similar size & build. Should show how you can do both cardio and build muscle. That goes for a lot of Rugby players.

Good there are some pure dumbasses about

    Its the proteinz brah!

Joshua is 100% juiced more likely constant HGH and fast ester tests.

Drs have dodged drug tests for a very long time now its very well versed.

And no naturally (if youve been training for years especially) you cannot put on muscle and lose fat both are singular pursuits. Ie when you gain muscle you gain some fat and when yo. Lose fat you lose some muscle

IAm a sports nutritionist and have taken 1000s of body fat readings over the years. The only persons that don't fit that criteria are those very new to training or those on PEDs.

    Impossible to say.

Joshua is no more likely to be cheating than most other top level boxers.

Catabolic meaning to lose weight /fat includes a ratio of fat to muscle

Anabolism to creation of new tissues requires surplus calories and includes muscle gain with a ratio of fat gain

Within training cycles it is of course possible to both for limited time (recomposition). But is barely lasts weeks is of kg differences. That's if your actually trying to do that. Ie bodybuilding not boxing.

Once you ate highly trained or conditioned like AJ this isn't going to happen. I see guys pumped ull of gear with perfect lifestyle get nowhere near Joshua levels of bf and lbm.

    Thanks for the answer.

How do PED's make it possible btw?

Testosterone increase protein synthesis, red blood cells and improves recovery

Growth would produce new muscle cells and decrease fat

This is good for an athlete. Train harder recover faster. Be bigger and leaner.

I agree with this. He may or may not be on PED's, nobody here knows, regardless of what they may think but Joshua has a superior physique because of his genetics. Other guys could do all the same things as him (any PED's included) but still not have the same physique.

Obviously he has superior genetics . but those levels of body fat and that amount of lean body mass are on the suspect side.

A simple equation (not fail safe of course)

Of height - 100 is a pretty useful guide to see how close to natural someone is

So for me best I've managed is 84kg at 8% body fat. I'm 187cm. So got either ****ty genetics, sub par training or still a few kg possible to stretch to. That's weight training and dieting

Joshua is 198cm so at 198-100 is 98kg at 7% bf

Joshua is 111kg and prog under or around 7%.

    That's 13kg over

When you dip below 10% bodtfat you start losing natural T levels and basically your body drops weight fast

Remember this . he is a boxer, not bodybuilder that does 0 cardio.

    Highly suspect.

    Not disagreeing with that.

Especially given he's been dead 9 months.
