It's not Hearn, they've offered Vargas a ton of money but need to agree dates and Brooks purse.

 

Eddie said himself that Brook earned more money fighting biezer then FW offer to fight Liam Smith

In his latest interview he says he has been over paying kell for last two fights as he believes in him and isn't gonna walk away now.

I really don't see how anyone can blame hearn if the fight collapses. $2m for Vargas is a great offer.

Kell is prepared to take smaller Money to get the fight made.

If the fight doesn't happen, Berto, Peterson, Guerrero etc will all come over here to fight Brook.

 

I reckon Eddie will have plan B for this. He cant over pay a fighter and then not deliver its not in his interests. Brook still hasn't fought anyone other than Porter.

Peterson and Gurrerro while not great would at least be decent fights...Garcia is one he should be looking at

If Brook believes in his skill, he should follow DeGale.
Welterweight will always be a popular division.
If he has bigger name in USA ( and the world because people around the world usually watch USA-based fight), big money fight will definitely happen.

 

Degale is getting very well paid by Al Haymon. It's not like Degale decided to go the US and fight for little money compared to what he would earn in the UK. He went to Haymon as Haymon pays him more than Matchroom would.

 

But by doing this its now a problem making a good fight.. him v badou jack. There isn't enough money to pay both fighters well and there nothing here in the UK because degale can't go on PPV. Had he stayed the jack fight would of been easy for hearn to put on PPV, his name has lost value in the UK.

 

i like Hearn and his interviews,he comes across as very honest and a real fan of boxing.

Correct. Degale made his choice yet still thinks he can have his own arena show in the UK but that's not possible. His not built a UK audience to buy ppv's

 

Its around 9 months until kell would have to fight him though..

 

Spence's team told Hearn they didn't want the fight yet.

 

Spence will fight for eliminator soon, which is a good thing because they can try to win the purse bids against Brook.
Chaves accepted Brook fight and skipped the IBF eliminator but Brook got injury, and the fight never happened, he lost his IBF position as well.
