Also I never asked for your advice I did exactly the opposite and said Nobody wants your help. Delusional fool.
Is this how desperate you are, attempting semantic games? We are discussing weight training, therefor the context indicates a gym since most boxing gyms are so incredibly ignorant they spaz out at the mere site of weights. Quite the opposite. Again with the desperate, irrelevant semantic. I usually give one word responses to people that don't deserve my time. Amazing coming from the ignorant child thats been here for less than a year and is clueless about just about everything. BTW, I already informed you that I don't claim to know a thing about boxing.
You don't even know what semantic means :rofl You wouldn't know what gyms have weights because you have never been into one. I have visited quite a few gyms that have weights available. Nobody uses them as much as you and the other idiots who think like you do because they are actually spending time boxing. You operate from a stereotype of what a gym is like in real life. Comeback when you have been into one. (LA fitness doesn't count) I don't know how I can make this more clear I DON'T WANT YOUR TIME! The bolded statement is a paradox. If the length of time that someone belongs to boxingforum24 equates to skill level and Boxing IQ then boxing history would be faaaar different. You are one of the dumbest people I have ever spoken to dude seriously and that is a big statement coming from the fact that most of the people in my neighborhood dropped out of high school.atsch Btw I've been on here for over a year.
Have you tried 1leg squats? Or pistols? After practice you can add resistance. This is a good starting place. Also trap bar DL is a solid alt to squatting
I'm in my 40's with bad knees so I avoid deep squats & do partials, but I tend to do more on the seated leg press which doesn't hurt my knees at all. I'd say if you're worried about your knees just avoid very heavy deep squats but you're perfectly safe with partials or leg press. You definitely want to be training legs though.
Dumbells will do the same job if u have access to them. No need to go all the way down of course around the knee is suffice
You felt the need to tell me this as if I give a ****? Anyone in this section that doesn't actually train just go ahead and put me on ignore because I don't give a **** about your opinion or what you think you know. Following the advice of people who don't train only causes injuries.
