Cashing out. He looked fat as **** last week when he was watching porter v Thurman. Now he has 9 weeks to get in shape? No chance.
He can't really lose - you can view it as a cash out but even if he gets destroyed he's still the IBF 147 champ. So why not ? Brave ? I'd go in with GGG for a fraction of what Brooks gonna get....course I'd not last as long but still - an undefeated world titlist at 147 gets to fight for the undisputed middleweight title - gets a huge PPV purse and still no matter what happens his stock at 147 is unchanged. Win win from what I can see. So he's being brave knowing that he cant lose ultimately.
I give him the benefit of the doubt now so at this stage he's daring to be great. If he comes out and puts in a Khan like effort and gets stopped at least he tried. If he comes out and does a Martin then that's a cash grab If he actually wins then that's one of the single greatest wins of all time, it would have to be I reckon
He's daring to be great, he'll probably but a tougher opponent than Eubank is, at MW he'll probably hit harder and he's far trickier to deal with.
No way, Brook lives the life 24/7, he doesn't bounce up and down too much, your eye's are deceiving you. He couldn't bounce up too much because he would never make 147 in great shape like he does. He will make 160 and look great, but in the ring he will look small because GGG is a big middleweight
The people who are saying Brook is cashing out are the same ones who moaned about Brook taking easy fights before.
A 30 year old with 30 plus fights is at the "beginning of his career" Let's face it, it's as though Brook just realized what I just posted and and said to himself, "I better do something about my career".
