Brook is still a step up I wouldn't pick anyone on GGG's resume to beat him!!!!

Doesn't matter how uneventful it was. I hate Holding as much as the next guy, but it's still sadly a tactic used in fights. And Brook used his tactics to more soundly defeat an undefeated Porter.

Porter was undefeated but he wasn't as experienced as he was when he fought Thurman. That's the difference.

Not really... Porter always kinda fights the same. haven't seen much improvement if any at all.

He doesnt have to change his style, but he's certainly gained more confidence and experience in big fights after the Brook loss that helped him going into the Thurman fight.

The only reason why Brook was rated ahead of everyone else at WW was due to the fact that he eeked a close UD decision over Porter yet has done nothing since. Porters best career win came when he beat Adrien Broner a year after the Brook fight, then he fought Thurman in an exciting toe to toe war where Thurman landed the harder, cleaner blows in a FOTY candidate.

Thurman has the better resume than Brook, if you say otherwise then YDKSAB. I don't think anyone considers Brook as the best WW in the world at the moment. Not h2h or resume wise.

Eh.. I disagree, but that's more a matter of opinion. Personally think the only reason he did better vs Thurman is because Thurman is a more vulnerable fighter than Brook( not just because Brook holds).

He's more vulnerable because of his willingness to match porters intensity. Had he chosen to box Porter it could have been just as easy as what Brook was able to do. He would have got shafted by the fans if he would have done that though. It would have been "Runtime" instead of one time! But anyways, Brook is number 2 imo, disagree if you will.

Bradley and Thurman without a doubt have a better resume than Brook at WW and h2h Bradley/Spence/Thurman give him problems. He's not the number 1 in anything.

Before the Porter fight he was struggling with Carson Jones and was considered nothing more than a prospect. After the Porter fight, he has done nothing besides fight 3 bums in complete mismatches.

These Rankings are more realistic to me across the board.

He just looked like more of a beast against Thurman because Keith couldn't nullify him like Kell could.

Thurman can hold just as easy as Brook, he just didn't want to. He comes to fight.

Yep this, you're always gonna get ridiculous fans who seem to gloat on the person not unlike a pop star but I'd hope most enjoy watching Golovkin box as he's exciting.
Danny Jacobs or even better Billie Joe Saunders would have been the best match up so he can Unify and move away fron these pathetic scared middleweights,I've been critical of Tom Loeffler in the past for him not offering enough money buts it's now clear with this Eubank thing that even with life changing money they don't wanna fight him so with Kell Brook it's taking a fight with someone who readily wants to face him.
In answer to Lara,Zurdo and Jacobs let them put their money where their mouths are and enter negotiations to fight GGG after Kell Brook in December or whenever he fights next,we seen with Eubank that calling out GGG is easy and perhaps lucrative until it becomes time to sign a contract?
