    Where are you now?

Most avoided fighter at 147 by a mile. Khan wanted nothing to do with him, Vargas the same.

    GGG > Canelo

Yep. I've always thought people way too hard on Brook. Putting all the blame on him for not having the best resume when it's not necessarily all his fault. It takes two to tango. Fighters can't just fight whoever they want, whenever they want. Doesn't work like that.

The most avoided fighter at 147 vs the most avoided fighter at 160. :think

From Dan and Gavin and Bizier at 147, to Golovkin at 160: Brook has basically gone from one extreme to the other.

Plus some old favourites, too. In Summer 2017, Khan will most likely still be hiding behind "Brook is not a big enough name" and "I'm preparing for Ramadan" as excuses to not fight Brook.

Does Brook have a history of pulling out of fights? Won't believe this is happening until they're in the ring together.

Agree. Brook fans like the op are as dumb as they come. Brook is known the pull out of fights unless it's against cab drivers. Now he's going up 13lbs and they think he's the most avoided fighter. He's just cashing out and didn't want to get exposed by a true 147lber. Now he has an excuse ready that ggg was too strong. After getting kod he will then move to 154 to fight the next series of uber drivers and hide in england.

Brook does have form with regard to mooted fights being postponed or cancelled, but it doesn't appear to be anything deliberate or malicious on his part.

The only ones which spring to mind are the Devon Alexander fight (postponed three times, two of which were down go Brook sustaining a foot injury, then an ankle injury), and the Diego Chaves fight which was due to happen last October, until Brook withdrew with a rib injury.

going to the USA to face Porter people saying cashing out ffs Brook is a world champion Welterweight unbeaten but not elite its his chance to go to the next level 2 unbeaten fighters 1 is a massive underdog but cashing out boxers should be congratulated on moving up to get the big fights when for whatever reason fights are not being made. instead you have some village idiot saying cash out.

just been looking at the odds I am astounded to tell u 59.8% bets have been placed on Kell 38.4% on GGG and 1.7% on the draw.

Dunno what to say I wouldn't say Kell is great value at 11/2 but what do I know

Come on, you can't disagree Brook has deserved to be questioned and given hammer over the last couple of years, well since Porter anyway.

Hearn and Brook were constantly talking about the likes of Pacquiao, Mayweather, Thurman, Bradley and Khan and we got Dan, Gavin and Bizier.

You can't all of a sudden say all that questioning was wrong because of this fight. It was right at the time.

It's a very brave and courageous move by Brook, nobody can deny that and he deserves a lot of respect for taking the fight and especially at 160 but it's been a long time coming that Brook is in a major fight and I'm happy for everybody involved.

Spot on his opposition since porter has been poor ok mandatory etc but he deserves nothing but praise for takin on Ggg and he clearly wants it unlike jr all talk. Let's hope crackin fight shame not a 40000 indoor area anywhere for it.
