Weight Training for Legs

Every time I do some wanna be boxers who never stepped into a gym in there life (virus) wants to argue. The **** actually tried telling Dempsey1234 what was good for his fighter and people think I'm the crazy one! I'm done with this forum. I need to focus 100% on boxing right now if I want to get anywhere my coach already told me I have a great punch and speed. This ***** Jag thinks he could step into my world for one second when he crumbles in his own silver spooned one. As usual I showed proof that he is a fraud and he is all of a suddenly ghost from the forum.

 

You haven't ever trained in your life so how can you even tell a fighter how to train?! Over in the uk the raise you to be pussies but we don't **** around over here. You have never trained in a gym, you don't know current boxing, you don't know boxing history, and you don't know uk/euro boxing. So why the **** do you belong to a boxing forum?! Much less question why a speed bag is used when you have never used one?

They make money off of the pro MMA fighters, pro boxers, and anyne above 18 that trains there. There are a good 200 people that train in this tiny place. You wouldn't know what a real gym was like. Telling a guy what weight to fight at isn't boxing advice (any advice relating to the sport of boxing)?

Telling fighters if there coach is an idiot or not when it comes to boxing isn't boxing advice?

You can't tell a guy his gym is re****ed when you have never trained in one yourself.

I accepted and told him anytime. I'll fight in the street or in a gym. I'll break his ****ing neck either place. He has already been exposed for being chinny. I'll just have to show up and he'll be out for the count.
