The thing is Patel is a natural light flyweight, he came in at a 8stone 6lbs and that extra weight was not gained from eating clean believe me. Juan looked 3 times his size in the ring, couple that with no southpaw sparring and it was always going to end in tears imo.

How many times did he get knocked down? Reports seem to differ. If it was twice and should have been scored as such then he sounds like he was lucky to get a draw.
He won every round until the one and only knockdown mate. If it was a **** rounder he might of got stopped though.

I see it as pure disrespect to the british title. He's obviously thinking if he loses the world title fight, he can still come down and fight Selby for the british which is true, but its still bull****. Edwards vs Selby is the fight that we want to see, the winner can then fight for a world title and the loser can come again.
