    He has no charisma and he needs marketing. He is an excellent fighter and a devastating puncher but he is dull.

    I actually find Kovalev to be one of the absolute most charismatic figures in all of boxing, bar none.

    The same people who would stay home on a Saturday night to watch boxing, will definitely be watching on Monday. Too bad the promotion has been garbage. It's not all HBO though, Kathy Duva deserves plenty of blame, too.

    Now they are micro managing Kovalev. Dwelling on tertiary issues of a subjective nature that only foment discord and obscure the issue.


    Facts:

    HBO is showing a fight on a Monday taking place in the middle of freakin' Siberia! What more should they do, give you dopes free airfare and tickets to the fight?

    All you people do on here is *****, complain and micromanage everything.

    Kovolev, & GGG both are really too good for their own good. Hard to find anyone willing to fight them. HBO must be wary on spending too much promoting Kovalev-Ward because,like me , they wont believe its on till Ward is in the ring fight night. Remember the "inflamed knee" lol

    Perhaps it says more about the current state of boxing. Kovalev, arguably the best fighter in the world right now is fighting Monday. And nobody either knows or cares. Plus he has KO power.
