If someone claimed Dino doesn't have a brain would they be irrefutably correct? Anyone can watch Lewis systematically putting Gary Mason into a 3 year retirement on You Tube, due to eye damage caused predominately by Lennox's jab in 1991. Yet Dino is convinced Lewis " never had a jab " until Steward started to train him.
Everybody who doesn't wipe Lewis' ass krack knows he had a weak pawing jab. Even the Brit commentators said it about him when he fought Biggs. And later HBO would mention it when he was looking bog standard against Butler and Jackson.
He really didn't It actually does as that Holyfied was a better fighter and a boxer than any version of Lewis. Lewis was only good on the outside against smaller walking stumps like Tua. Against the big guys he fought he always had to take it to them on the inside. Every one of them. Lewis doesn't beat Bowe on the inside. Not in a month of Sundays. Holyfield was better than Bruno in every way , including having a better jab. The MS trained Holyfield jab was one of the very best in the scene at the time. Go back and watch Bowe shut out the greatest vander to ever to ever grace the ring. Then go watch Lewis sprawled around the canvas lookin for his false teeth against a soup can.:rofl
yes they would often mention it when Lewis wasn't using it, which happened a lot, that is far different from not having a great jab dino.
Yes, Lennox had a jab. But, he was often sloppy and dropped his hands after throwing it. Anyway, Bowe also had a good jab. I think both guys would get hit with right hands behind the other guy's jab. The winner would be the guy who could take it better, which I think would be Bowe.
Yeah, and he is about as convincing as those Jehovah's Witness idiots who plague people at the weekends during their rest periods from work.
Coetzer would have beaten Tucker??? I don't think so, certainly not around 91/92. Tucker had just defeated McCall and Norris which gave him his mandatory and was definitely more refined and skillful than Coetzer who was a zero at world level, he'd been flattened by Bowe, Bruno and Foreman and offered little apart from durability at the higher level. Easy victory for Tucker around that period
