why fight for legacy? the sport is in its death knell. the nfl and nhl already have taken most of the hitting out of their sports. won't be long until the government, lawyers, etc go after boxing.

First PBF was coming off a long layoff and still fought a P4P fighter in JMM that's how great he was. Second PBF was already a proven fighter who had fought in 5 weight classes lineal in 4 he was already an ATG without ever fighting JMM, whereas GGG isn't he's 34 with 35 fights with a **** resume and never beaten any fighter of note. Check to see where PBF was at 34 compared to where GGG is and get back to me.:yep:good

PBF isn't the TBE, he's TBE of this era but it's a marketing tool nothing more, SRR is TBE followed by Armstrong then Ali.

If Brook had been moved up slowly fought at 154 and looked good there he might have a decent chance but since he has not even fought at 160 let alone 154 he will more than likely take a brutal beating.

How would you see brook doing against canelo at 154?

I would see that as a really 50-50 fight

canelo does not have that much power for someone his size even khan took few shots and khans chin is very weak

a shot mosley went the distance and matthew hatton did also

i would favor brook over canelo

Canelo would beat that ass, Brook is a huge 147 and Canelo is a huge 154.

Canelo has plenty of power to pop his cherry and he only needed 1 shot to finish Khan.

I would favor Canelo beaten more legit fighters and is used to fighting at that weight. Brook has faced limited opposition to be honest his best win is Porter, Canelo would thrash Porter as he loves come forward guys. Brook has a very thin resume on of the worst in boxing for a so called elite guy at 147. With that said win lose or draw fighting GGG at 160 will go a long way to enhance it.

You gotta be kidding me if you think Canelo doesn't have enough power to hurt a 147lber!!!

Canelo has more than enough to hurt a 147 and Brook is used to picking on smaller men. Canelo would over power him and hurt him.

Canelo has all the advantages over brook

would you favor pauli or victor ortiz over erol spence because "they have beaten more legit fighters" then spence?

canelo has no power at 154 he has only knocked out khan and kirkland

Haven't we been through this multiple times in the past? There was no step aside money for Canelo.

lol, go and check Canelo's resume up and stop making up stories, he has stopped plenty of guys. Unless you are talking stone cold ko's?

If thats the case GGG must have no power then, he has ko'ed no one and has just fought quit jobs.
