The #1 WW who is currently p4p #7 upsetting the arguably #1 p4p undisputed MW Champion who will have roughly a 1"height advantage and a negligible reach advantage and will be a fairly wide disadvantage in terms of hand and foot speed.

I would consider Cotto's upset win over Martinez a bigger upset. Browne beating Chagaev a bigger upset. Fury outpointing Klitschko a bigger upset. :think

You were implying people hate GGG because he's from a Muslim country, implying most Americans think he's a Muslim, but he's not, and we don't. He's a Christian, and most people on here view him as such.

Golovkin is mostly respected and considered one of the best pound for pound among the fans, trainers, peers and commentators. There are roughly three minorities or groups of people who have agenda against Golovkin and his success.

1.) Those who are suffering his dominance - promoters, managers and tv companies. Mainly those who are best of the rest at JMW, MW or SMW - Jacobs (and Haymon fighters in general), Canelo and GBP, TR. Hate and disinformation comes from professional trolls.

2.) Those b-u-t-t hurt fans who have racist or nationalist agendas. Mainly those Mexicans and African Americans whose heroes are starting to (or there is fear that it will happen) look mediocre because of Golovkin - Ward, Mayweather and Canelo. Hate comes with spurts, by Youtube videos consisting l-o-g-i-c-a-l-l-y ill arguments and extremely bad English. These guys have probably major problems in their lives that are not linked to boxing.

3.) Third group consist those fans who follow aforementioned groups and haven´t got abilities to separate facts from opinions, disinformation etc. In other words people with just moderate media reading skills.

IMO most hardcore fans love Golovkin. People want to follow his historical dominance and his success. People in German, England, Irland, Nordic Countries, Russia and Japan appreciate Golovkin a lot. That´s the reason why he is internationally speaking the biggest thing in boxing (For those who have reading problems: I´m not stating "the biggest draw money wise", just that Golovkin is well known and followed all over the world).

Cotto beating Martinez was not a huge upset, Browne knocking out chagaev suprised no one a lot of people were backing Lucas. Fury outpointing fury was a big upset. This one would be a massive upset!

Still doesn't change the fact that he is Kazakh and represents/serves/belongs to Kazakhstan(Muslim-majority country), not some Christian country.

I didnt implied anything son, e.g. if a jew loyally represented/served Nazi germany than will you view him as just a jew or a part of hitler's evil germany??

I used Germany as an example for people like u, because as far as I think, Heil Hitler :spy

No most Americans view him as a Russian, we Americans tend to lump all EE's together. And since he is half Russian, we're partially right.

In my network of friends, I am the only "hardcore" fan, with several others who only watch the big fights. I have not seen interest in a non american fighter this strong since the pacman ascent.

He is half-Kazakh and half-Korean ethnically.

U can say that he and his father were Soviet but neither served Russia, Russia and USSR are 2 different entities.

His father was soviet then Kazakh after USSR got fucked by Afghanistan.

He represented/belonged to Kazakhstan in each and every fight, Amateur and Pro.

This is Shockmaster levels of re****ation. First you say that Khazakstan being 70% muslim matters despite GGG not being muslim because Americans would view anyone from a 70% muslim country as a muslim. Then you do a complete 180 and say that how Americans view Golovkin, in regards to which country he's from, as being irrelevant.

Either properly formulate your arguments so there's some kind of actual consistent and cohesive thought process or just stop posting.
