Think Derevyanchenko stops the notoriously durable Soliman? Nearly a decade since he's been stopped.

 

If I do that, I'll have to do that for everyone who misses a fight due to a "timezone difference." I'm merely enforcing the rules. I can't just give Robney a free pass and not expect some other person to bring it up if it happens to them as well. I'm sure most of us, if not all of us, do not live in Japan's timezone, yet most of us regulars didn't have a problem picking the two Japan fights on time, hey even Robney got his Ioka pick on time. Accidentally missing fights, it's a part of the league. Only advice I could give to everyone is to be more aware when certain fights happen and that you HAVE to get your pick in at least 30 minutes before the actual fight begins.

 

Well I don't think it would hurt to give a regular who was in the top 10 a one time pass IF the pick was posted before the fight actually started. I get not wanting to set a prescient for that kind of thing, but I don't think it would really hurt.

 

Yeah, I have some really high hopes for Mikhalenko

I disagree, I must have missed 6-7 picks in the last 2 years, I just missed another one yesterday.

I've never actually complained about it.

If people were given opportunities, it just wouldn't be fair to me and to the many who missed picks over the last few years. I was top 5 last year and I missed like 5 picks (Some I forgot, some I was a tad late). Kinda sucks but I don't want any leeway given. Rules are rules.

Just makes it an unfair situation to all parties imo.
