    Benavidez is getting swarmed even as he pumps a hard jab off the hip. Santana gets him on the ropes and reaches in with short alternating hooks on either temple. Benavidez moves away to open waters, snapping the jab. Santana keeps wending in close, bent forward, arms wrapped over his ears, chin down, looping both hands into the body. Left hook flapping in multiples at the head by Santana, with Benavidez countering up the middle with his uppercut. Nice exchanges. Santana diligently working the body. Hard uppercuts in response from Benavidez. Santana leaves a clapping left hook embedded in Benavidez's neck while eating a two-piece on the gob, backing him off. Stiff jab from Benavidez stepping away.

    Did that first round remind anyone of the ufc fight between Luke Rockhold and Michael Bisping? Kind of an aloof guy getting overconfident and being dropped by the major underdog by their weak hand hook.

    I haven't actually seen this Benavidez in action before, his brother David is one of my favourite prospects in the sport at the moment though.
