    LSC on points in a tough fight.


    A few years back I'd have picked Frampton but imo he seems to have hit the ceiling in terms of development as of late. On the other hand LSC has strung together some good performances.

    It'll be good to see how Frampton copes with the body punching and pace that LSC sets.

    LSC by late stoppage - his height, range and work rate will be to much for Carl who looked shaky on the few occasions that Quigg put the pressure on him.

    I make lsc a slight favourite (something like 55%-45%) mainly due to Carl having to travel and being unproven at 126.
    But I definitely feel Carl can win this. It wont be easy but he can do it. He will have to be tugh and he will have to be lucky, get the tactics spot on etc etc.

    For both men this is their toughest test yet.

    I think this will be a lot more tactical than expected. Carl is a much more skilled and cerebral boxer than Mare and Kiko. Leo wont simply be able to windmill 100-punches-per-round like he is able to do against lesser opponents. Carl is a very cautious man and so are the McGuigans. They all know wars shorten careers,

    Leo Santa Cruz is an extremely over rated fighter. He would be better if he had a bit of power. His power is a myth.
    Frampton is an extremely under rated fighter. He has well to much for Santa Cruz and will dominate in a fairly one sided fight.
    The bookies have this one so wrong. Easy money to be made on frampton. How people rate Santa Cruz is beyond me. Anyone who is an entertaining fighter with a 0 is seen as some sort of god. Santa Cruz is a very limited boxer with an amazing work rate.

    I think Frampton will prove his skill level to be beyond that of LSC. Wouldn't be surprised to be totally wrong on this one though as IMO it's a genuine pick'em fight.

    Frampton has a good chance.............better fighter than most know.................I will give my prediction after the fight..............
