Why have the Philly fans not accepted Swift like they did Meldrick or Hopkins?

    Swift is just as good as the two i mentioned. Really is a shame tbh. An undefeated top 5 talent at the pinnacle of his game. Sigh

    It has nothing to do with the skill or personality. Think it has to do with other factors.

    Top 5 talent? In his division yes. In boxing - no.
    Meldrick was a top 10 in decade talent.
    Hopkins fought in obscurity for a long time. I get where you are going with this but Garcia hasn't reached the level you are putting him at. Maybe you are trolling?

    He doesn't fight in Philly so he doesn't have much of a fan base here. Hopkins was never real popular here either.
