Fought and trained through amateur and Olympic trials on nothing but vending machine snacks. He could push his body like few others. And the Mayweather before the "Money" persona was just phenomenal to watch.

 

Ring Generalship and the athletic ability to pull of what he wanted to do.

No matter who he fought they always ended up fighting his fight. Castillo, Hatton and Maidana had some success but he was quicker on the inside as well.

Sure he missed a few names off: Tszyu, Freitas, Casamayor and Margarito but his greatness was proven in the ring imo.

Yes. Had he fought the best at there best when he got to welterweight+ then he would have been beaten a few times but at Light weight and super feather he stays undefeated. Had he fought Tszyu at light weighter he might have lost.

 

The only guys at 147 at that time who would have a chance would be Forrest and Oscar, and they'd both be underdogs in hindsight. Not Shane, Williams, Margarito, or Pacquiao. Considering Floyd's performances against southpaws and Zoo's spotty career, I see Floyd winning that.

If he fought Andrade at the end of his career, he'd likely have lost.

By 96 Oscar was fighting at 140.

Mayflower was a 130 lb fighter.
