I am a Ronnie Clarke fan now,he seems like he is willing to box the best and is tough and I would pick him to beat Mitchell Smith.

However, styles make fights and imo he will not look good if he boxes Kovacs.

    First 2 bouts

    Stevie Beattie v lee redpath

    Nathan brough v John Thain

2 50/50 fights hope they keep this up and we see benson fighting someone worthwhile along with Tiffany.

    That's good to hear.
Not seen Stevie Beattie fight but wasn't impressed with Redpath on the occasion that I saw him.

I'm sure Tommy Philbin is meant to be in a 50/50 against someone from Liverpool as well.

good start for this bill - two 50/50s. Hopefully the main event is a good one too. Beattie has a great work rate and Redpath is a southpaw boxer so will be a good clash of styles. Not seen much of Brough but on paper looks hard to call

I think you mean Forsyth mate, that's the October 29th show at Meadowbank. Philbin is on that as well, but he's got a fight before on Sept 15th.

Ah you're right mate. Been a long day lol.

Would like to see Philbin being stepped up, he's a solid fighter and a good guy.

Maley iv still not heard fully on who he is fighting. I heard a different name from you but The fight you mentioned should be looked at as he would get very good ranking points if he won that.

Don't know if boxrec rankings are accurate mate. Kovacs will have a good ranking though I would imagine

Yeh that shouldn't be long, he's a quality prospect and a really nice guy. Seen improvements with every performance.

Theres not one quality prospect in that whole setup imo. Proof will be in the pudding when that attempt to step up but I honestly don't see even one of them attaining a British title let alone anything above that.
